4. FRESHNESS GUARANTEE

We guarantee that:

  • All products will arrive within their expiry date
  • Products will have a reasonable and saleable shelf life suitable for resale

  • Shelf life may vary depending on product origin and batch
  • By purchasing, you accept that shelf life is not fixed and may vary

Out-of-Date Guarantee

If any product arrives out of date:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof
  • A full refund will be issued immediately for affected items

5. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

  • All orders are subject to acceptance
  • We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or dispatched

6. PRICING (LANDED COST MODEL)

All prices shown are fully landed costs, including:

  • Shipping
  • Duties
  • Taxes
  • FDA Prior Notice (where applicable)

This ensures no hidden costs at checkout.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • We ship USA only
  • Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
  • Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days (excluding customs delays)

Shipping Methods

We use:

  • DHL Express (primary)
  • Australia Post (Australian stock)
  • UPS (Dubai stock)

Split Shipments

Orders may be shipped from multiple locations and may arrive separately.


8. RISK OF LOSS

  • Risk transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery
  • We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery

9. IMPORT DUTIES & REIMBURSEMENT

All orders are shipped on a landed cost basis.

If import charges are applied:

  • Store credit will be issued upon valid proof of payment
  • No credit will be issued without proof

10. RETURNS, REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping

We may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Refund
  • Store credit

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.


11. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

You must report issues within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of products and packaging
  • Order details

Claims outside this timeframe may be rejected.


12. FDA & IMPORT COMPLIANCE

We handle:

  • FDA Prior Notice
  • Export documentation

Customers are responsible for ensuring they can legally receive goods in their location.


13. CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY

By placing an order, you agree to contact us before initiating disputes.

All orders include:

  • Tracking
  • Delivery confirmation
  • Shipping documentation

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent ban
  • Legal action
  • Submission of evidence to payment providers

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order


15. FORCE MAJEURE
