Refund & Returns Policy – Candy Crew Wholesale

At Candy Crew Wholesale, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable experience for all of our customers. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns

We accept returns under the conditions outlined below:

  • All return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Products must be returned in the exact same condition they were received
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Returns must be sent back using a similar shipping method and level of protection as originally delivered (e.g. pallet orders returned via pallet, cartons returned securely boxed)

⚠️ Important:
The customer is fully responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We do not provide return labels unless the issue is due to an error on our side.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used food/drink products
  • Items not in original condition
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Clearance or short-dated stock (if stated at purchase)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Damaged or Incorrect Order? We're Here to Help!

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) so we can resolve the issue quickly.

To help us process your claim efficiently, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged items
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the affected items
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund (if applicable)
  • Store credit for future orders

⚠️ Claims submitted outside of the timeframe may not be accepted.


Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear (depending on your bank/provider)

Store Credit Option

In many cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund. This allows you to:

  • Reorder quickly without delays
  • Secure replacement stock faster
  • Avoid additional payment processing times

Store credit will be issued via a unique code or account balance and can be used on future purchases.

⚠️ Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched
  • If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately after placing it
  • Cancellation is not guaranteed

International Orders (USA & Worldwide)

As we specialise in international wholesale shipments:

  • All orders are final once shipped
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they can receive goods at their destination
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or incorrect delivery details
